Information Required for Registration

To register at Candyland Casino you need an email address, phone number and a secure password. We also ask for basic account details such as your full name, date of birth and billing address. By completing registration you confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Identity verification may be required before you can make withdrawals. This helps confirm account ownership and protect your funds, and is a routine part of platform checks. You may be asked to upload ID and proof of address; verification typically completes within a few days.

Email Verification and Activation

After you register at Candyland Casino you will receive an email to confirm your address with a verification link. Click the link to validate your account; where available you may also get an SMS code for quick confirmation. Once your email (and SMS code if sent) is verified your account is activated and you can sign in immediately.

After activation you can open your user dashboard, visit the cashier to make deposits or withdrawals, and claim available promotions. Account features such as settings, security options and play history are unlocked only after activation, so please activate your account before trying to use the cashier or claim any bonuses.

Withdrawal Verification Process

At Candyland Casino, identity verification may be requested before your first withdrawal. Please make sure the personal details on your player account match the information shown on your documents. Your full name and date of birth should be entered correctly when you register, as differences may delay a withdrawal while your account details are checked.

Depending on your account, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid identity document, such as a passport or driving licence, showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address, such as a recent bank statement or utility bill that shows your name and current address.
• A bank statement or other suitable document to confirm the payment method linked to your player account.
• A verification selfie may also be requested where relevant.
